Upon full payment: - Clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their projects - We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials - We may use project screenshots for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed

Project-specific revision policies will be outlined in individual contracts. Generally: - Minor revisions during the development process are included - Major scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments - Final deliverables will match the approved specifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarrar Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Service interruptions or delays - Errors or omissions in content Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
